Service & Pricing

All machines that are brought in for evaluation receive FREE diagnostic testing, FREE internal cleaning, FREE physical inspections and FREE written quotes on any work that is found that may need to be done.

While You Wait Bench Service:  Can include almost anything ranging from troubleshooting major problems to performing simple upgrades. Pricing for bench time may vary in certain situations, but is normally billed at a flate rate of: $35 per hour - (one hour minimum) - (plus parts and tax).

BENCH SERVICE IS ONLY INTENDED FOR SIMPLE REPAIRS - LARGER PROJECTS ARE TYPICALLY FLAT RATED

Windows XP or 7 Repair *with* Sunbelt Software

THE FOLLOWING PRICES INCLUDE THE PURCHASE PRICE AND INSTALLATION OF BOTH SPF4 & VIPRE FOR A SINGLE MACHINE

Custom Load with Data Transfer:  This means we will install your operating system with ALL available Microsoft patches and updates and then customize everything for optimal performance. We also install a full suite of security tools and close any unnecessary backdoors (initially left open by Microsoft) with additional Freeware and OpenSource applications (which are optional). Your previously saved data is then imported back to the system, with a full explanation of everything involved - flat rated at: $225 (plus tax).

Custom Load with NO Data Transfer:  Same as above without data - flat rated at: $185 (plus tax).

THE PERFECT ALTERNATIVE FOR THOSE WHO HATE MICROSOFT & ONLY WISH TO SURF, CHECK EMAIL & DO BASIC THINGS

Custom Ubuntu Load with Data Transfer:  This means we will install your operating system with ALL available patches and updates and then customize everything for optimal performance. We will also install the appropriate open source programs to best suit your needs with the necessary codecs required to run most standard applications and test them to ensure that they work. Your previously saved data is then imported back to the system, with a full explanation of everything involved - flat rated at: $125 (plus tax).

Custom Ubuntu Load with NO Data Transfer:  Same as above without data - flat rated at: $85 (plus tax).

This service has been forced into temporary suspension due to several economic cutbacks and is now limited only to existing accounts and/or special circumstances where we feel it is both prudent and necessary.
