Information you provide
This site does not ask you for anything. You share information only when you book a consultation through the scheduling page or email us directly. That is typically your name, email, and whatever you choose to write about your operation.
How it is used
What you share is used to schedule and hold the consultation and to reply to you. It is not sold, rented, or shared with third parties, and it is not added to a marketing list without your consent.
Scheduling
Consultations are booked through an external booking service embedded on this site. The details you enter on that scheduling page, such as your name, email, and any notes, go to that service so the meeting can be created, and are handled under that service's own privacy terms.
Where it is stored
Booking records live with the scheduling service and in Frank's calendar. Emails you send live in our inbox. Only SourcePort LLC accesses them.
Retention and removal
Requests are kept for as long as needed to respond and maintain normal business records. To have your information removed, email support@sourceport.com.
